The secret is in the craftsmanship, which exceeds the limits of other ‘industrial’ products. The texture, which combines the softness of the textured peas with the structure of the corn and potato starches, makes this burger suitable for grilling, which enhances the crispness of the outside and the juiciness of the inside. The recipe is enriched with a mix of natural flavourings and results in a healthy, low-salt, low-fat product. Mr WOW is produced with ingredients from certified organic farming. Also ideal for coeliacs, gluten-intolerant people or those who have eliminated gluten from their diet by choice.
