Loaded mushrooms

  • Remove the stalk from each mushroom, wash it, cut it into pieces and cook it in a pan with a little oil together with the crumbled sausage.
  • Place everything in a bowl.
  • Add the parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of white wine, a crushed clove of garlic, and mix well.
  • Peel each mushroom and stuff it with the previously prepared filling.
  • Place the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish, season with a little oil and place in the oven.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

  • 300gr sausage
  • 1 tablespoon parsleychopped
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste oil
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
